Cancellation and refunds

• A ₹100 deposit per group confirms an escape room slot booked on this website. It is adjusted in your final bill.
• 4 hours or more before your slot: reschedule to another free slot at no charge, or cancel for a full refund of the ₹100.
• Less than 4 hours before your slot, or no-show: the ₹100 deposit is not refunded.
• If we cancel your slot for any reason, the ₹100 is refunded in full.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
• To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp at 097413 78419 with your booking code (it starts with DC-).
• Food and the game itself are paid at the cafe after you play. There is nothing to refund for them in advance.
